<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In this article are presented as analysis, meteorological and agro meteorological conditions of winter in 2013-2014 on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.Are analyzed climatic indexes such as: average annual temperature, absolute minimum, absolute maximum, depth of precipitation, depth of snow cover, minimum soil temperature, depth of soil freezing.Among agro meteorological indexes were presented: minimum soil temperature, twinning knot depth (3cm), dormant phase, number of the plant per 1m² etc.</description>
