Rezumat

Those who wrote about their trips to Moldova, the Englishman Tony Hawks, the Italian journalist Nicola Baldassare and the Canadian writer Stephen Heninghan, literature is a sensible way of knowledge and representation. This kind of literature fits inters – and transdisciplinary approach, therefore, it takes advantage of new theoretical openings. We tried to put in question the most important concepts which are being operated by the promoters of Cultural studies such as representation of ethnic otherness, identity and globalization. That is why we do not lay great emphasis on aesthetics, but we will analyze texts in the context of mentality external factors. Our interest is focused mainly on images which make up the portrait of Moldovan society members, a portrait seen from the outside and it includes temporal sequence of the last 20 years.

Cuvinte-cheie
