Language immersion is an effective method of teaching and learning of a language characterized by the presence of the speaker of other language in an adequate environment for learning a foreign language without harming the mother tongue. The Republic of Moldova is a multicultural and multilingual country, where besides the official language
there are spoken the languages of national minorities: Russian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Gagauz etc. The learning of the Romanian language by the minority students, the future
teachers of Romanian language and literature in Russian speaking schools through the partial language immersion method allows a functional-communicative learning of the
official language at a high level, which contributes to a better understanding of the cultural values of natives and other inhabiting nations, providing mobility on the labour market. |

Republica Moldova este un stat pluricultural şi plurilingv, în care, pe lângă limba de stat, sunt vorbite limbi ale minorităţilor naţionale: rusa, bulgara, ucraineana, găgăuza etc. Studierea limbii române de către studenţii alolingvi, viitori profesori de limba şi literatura română în şcolile cu predare în limba rusă, prin metoda imersiunii parţiale permite însuşirea funcţional-comunicativă la un nivel înalt al limbii de stat, contribuie la o înţelegere mai bună a valorilor culturale ale băştinaşilor şi ale popoarelor conlocuitoare, oferă mobilitate pe piaţa muncii.</description> </descriptions> <formats> <format>application/pdf</format> </formats> </resource>
