Total quality management is a fundamental organizational strategy which is based on the idea that achieving a high quality performance is achieved only through the perseverance of all organizations involved in continuous improvement processes. The objective is to increase efficiency and effectiveness in customer satisfaction. The concept of total quality management (Total Quality Management - TQM) was proposed by Dr. Edwards Deming in 1940. Main force of TQM is that people need to be innovative and flexible in this respect, ISO 9001 requires people rigorous, responsible and disciplined. In the present study was exposed a generalization of data from literature, especially reports on the quality of medical and surgical services and assessment of the views of heads of departments of the University Clinic from Chisinau, Moldova. |
