This article contains the results of the assessment of the antibiotic sensitivity of the intestinal microflora isolated from the chicks kept in the private sector. Both Gram positive microflora and Gram negative microflora were isolated from the chickens under investigation. For the research, were used biological samples collected from one month old chickens. Intestinal microflora were isolated from biological samples. For the antibiogram was used the 24-hour broth culture, culture environment Mueller Hinton Agar, discs with antibiotics – Vapcotrim, Genta Plus, Enrosol-20%, Floram, Oxytetracycline-50%, Tilmivap, Vapcostin. In keeping with the rate of growth and development of bacterial colonies around antibiotic discs, we should mention that the antibacterial substances have a varied bactericidal action. In this context we mention the antibacterial substances with a higher bactericidal action: Tilmivap 15 μg, Floram 30 μg, Enrosol-20% 5 μg, Oxytetracycline-50% 30 μg. |
