The heteronuclear [copper(II), p-element] complexes with N1,N4-bis(salicylidene)isosemicarbazide, (C5H12N)CuL · MCl3 · CH3OH (H3L = HOC6H4CH=NN=C(OH)N=CHC6H4OH; M = Bi3+, Sb3+, Ga3+, In3+) and (C5H12N)CuL · SnCl4 are synthesized. It is established that H3L functions as a tetradentate O,N,N,O-ligand. In the coordination compounds, the Cu2+ ion is linked to the p-element ions through the oxygen atoms of the phenolic OH groups of L3-. It is shown that, in the temperature range 30-80°C, the resistivity of the complexes exhibits a temperature dependence typical of semiconductor materials. |
