| Rezumat | ||||||
The article presents the main development trends of digital public services in different states of the world in a comparative aspect. The objective of the research is to identify the best practices of the states in the field of digitalization of services and to evaluate the perspective of implementing these practices in the Republic of Moldova. The comparative interpretation of the aspects regarding the digitization of public services determines the idea of the state’s development policy, in terms of the modernization of public services. Currently, most states are implementing transition policies to an electronic government, thus aiming to raise the level of quality of services offered to citizens and the business environment, as well as economic and social development. |
