The development of communication in closed institutions has always been an enigma both for the general public and for other responsible factors. Together with the transformation of closed institutional societies, a process of extensive transformations begins. A process of adaptation to the new society. A process of internal restructuring in which the old will not take place. The requirement of a different type of internal communication to facilitate the transmission of information but also to prevent possible deviations has transformed both the people and the relationships in the system. |
