International and national law indicate association and union rights in the
list of civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights categories. In Moldova,
the right of association takes roots relatively late compared with other countries
like France, England, Germany and Romania. Recognition of the principle
of freedom association is a good way in order to improve labour conditions and
to ensure social peace. This includes the proclamation of employees and entrepreneurs
rights without any differences, as well as free choice to create organizations
without prior permission and also the membership |
