The human nature has been always of high interest for many scientists, due to its’ complex and changing nature. Today we witness that more and more people are engaged into migration processes worldwide. Moving elsewhere most of them carry the cultural labels of the country of origin. This ―cultural language‖ helps them to have a referral framework of world but in the same time it represents a threat for the hosting cultures. Thus the present article tries to emphasise through a theoretical review of culture and dialog the complexity of human cultural nature as well as the scientific dispute in trying to have a common understanding on the main definitions.
