The article is devoted to the actual problem of modern psychology, the study of adaptation, anxiety and aggression of a teenager. It has been experimentally established that more than a third of schoolchildren are characterized by high general anxiety, and the most typical for adolescents are verbal and physical types of aggression, as well as suspicion and negativism. It was found that there is a relationship between general anxiety at school and indirect aggression, irritation, negativism, resentment, verbal aggression and the level of socio-psychological adaptation. In situations of a high level of general anxiety and aggression of a teenager and a low level of his socio-psychological adaptation, a special intervention of a psychologist is required in this direction.
