The article includes a scientific study of parliamentary control as a state-legal institution, the article reveals the concept of parliamentary control in order to clarify its legal nature, defines the subject and object of parlia-mentary control, its main directions and forms, and also provides an argumentation of the importance of this function of the Parliament in the current system of organization and functioning of state power. |
