e impact of the current global Covid-19 pandemic aects every aspect of life, health, the economy and social interactions, and the inadequacy of state mechanisms for managing unforeseen, exceptional situations and the reliability of the legislative system indicate that reform is needed in all areas of services. consular services provided by the consular oces of the Republic of Moldova. ey were not eective enough in promoting, defending and guaranteeing the rights of Moldovan citizens, and the state did not show exibility in the incidents that occurred, not being able to provide the necessary protection to its own citizens in an emergency. partially in violation of the legislation of the states of residence as well as of the treaties to which the Republic of Moldova is a party. |
