Rezumat

The presence on potato crops of the invasive complexes of parasitic nematodes of the genus: Dytilenchus, Globodera, Meloidogyne and Pratylenchus are signaled in all R.Moldova phyto-technical systems, capable of seriously compromising the tuberculosis harvest. Following the helminthological parasitic impact, they trigger specific diseases called ditilenchoses and globoderoses, with various symptomatic destructive etiologies in plants. Phytosanitary investigations and helminthological analyzes are estimated to establish the parasitic impact on potatoes culture on the invasive nematode complexes of the cyst-forming species , under the same environmental conditions as the influence of mixed tehnological management. The surveys were carried out by establishing the helminth phytosanitary status, with sampling of soil from the potato plant rhizosphere on various productive plantations. As a result of the investigations high and medium helminth sensitivity reactions were established during critical periods of root, stolons and new tubercules formation. Estimated species were detected with increased temperatures and humidity, within the medium and advanced limits of 25-50%. These results intervene in the adaptation of an integrated protection system, with the application of efficient elements that contribute to the regulation of the numerical density of invasive potato nematodes. The obtained results allow the establishment of the efficiency of the technological management of cultivation and integrated protection for potato crops through contributions to optimize the helminthic phytosanitary condition of the harmfulness with serious impact on the harvest and the quality of roots.
