An important place in the forensic tactics keep the problems of using the forces, means and operative data in the investigation of the extremely complicated and dangerous crimes, as well as the problems of organizing the interaction of the criminal investigation and special investigation sub-divisions. Criminology ensures, through the methods and the technical and scientific means, the efficient accomplishment of all forms of procedural activity, especially those meant for the discovery and administration of evidence. On the other hand, the criminal procedure law determines the limits and conditions in which the methods and means of forensic investigation must be coordinated. By gathering the specialized means, forces and intelligence of the criminal investigation bodies and of those who carry out the special investigation activity becomes possible to essentially increase the efficiency of their activity and, consequently, the capacity to combat the criminal phenomenon.
