The protagonists of Vladimir Beșleagăʼs novels “wake up” from a state of collective sleepwalking and find that they are trapped in an existential-ontological “blocking”, from which they will not escape if they donʼt find the answer for the fundamental question “Who am I?”. The only way to himself is to connect the present to the past. Through the flow of consciousness, of the involuntary memory, the limits are unleashed and the act of penetrating into the innefable depth of the protagosnistsʼ ego is intensifying. Itʼs the road to the abyss of being, to childhood and the inner child. Their childhood is the internalized time and space, the incandescent magma, in which the great drama of their life is hidden.
