The article evaluates the economic efficiency of the introduction of separation devices in enterprises with paint chambers. It is proposed to install separation devices in the air flow preparation line of the paint chambers in front of the fine filters to increase their service life. It is predicted that the use of separation devices as a preliminary stage for cleaning gas flows from fine particles before fabric filters will increase their operational life by 1.5 times. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the calculation of the economic feasibility of introducing separation devices at the enterprise is an important process that allows you to prevent unnecessary financial costs of the enterprise and ensure its sustainable development as a whole. The paper considers the main costs that affect the calculation of the costeffectiveness assessment of the introduction of separation devices in enterprises with paint chambers. The calculations showed that the use of a technological line with integrated separation devices allows you to save at least 24,000 rubles per year. The evaluation of the integration of separation devices was carried out on the basis of the following indicators: net discounted income, profitability index and discounted payback period of the project.
