This article analyzes the concept of psychological well-being, lists its structural elements in the view of various researchers in the field of psychology, and reflects the problem of psychological well-being in the school environment. Also mentioned are current studies and research in this context, proposed ways to improve the psychological well-being of pupils and teachers. |
