The manager is an indispensable person within an entity, and if he/ she is a quality manager, he knows how to lead the entity to success. In addition, there is discussed the leadership of manager. Emotional intelligence is one of the top skills of a manager. This fact, first of all, adds value to the entity in which he operates, so it is also about professional success, as well as personal success. Certainly, the use of strategies to develop emotional intelligence for managers through rational-emotive consultation contributes to increasing the quality of life directly for the client and indirectly for the community. |
