Rezumat

In the context of the scientific discourse regarding the factors influencing teachers’ success, professional culture is a topic that concerns the academic community in the sense of highlighting new competencies that define pedagogical professionalism. The system of ideas described in the present article addresses the requirements of contemporary society concerning the formation of pedagogical charisma, whose elements are found in the professional standards for teachers, in social policy and educational documents. The practice of education shows the increasing formative impact of pedagogical charisma on educational communication, a fact which generates reflections on the need to clarify the scientific essence and the factors which determine the training of pedagogues as charismatic leaders in the educational environment.
