Rezumat

Process innovation he was and remains a solution to the major challenges of society. In the present we assist both a disturbance of classical world economy, as well emergence of a new economy based on knowledge and ideas, a knowledge economy, able to contribute to solve economic and financial crisis. Its inability to create great revolutionary new products and delay in other dimensions of technical progress are not due to some errors in policy, but are a deeply rooted system-specific property of economic. The state has to be visible and to define the rules of the game in order to create a prosperous innovation climate. Over the past quarter century there has been an intense debate among professional economists and policymakers about the relative importance of various factors in crea-ting the conditions for sustainable growth. From an early emphasis on macroeconomic stability, the debate has broadened substan-tially to include the role of institutions, education, and the quality of governance, of public administration, the presence of economic opportunities, and the increasingly crucial role of technology and innovation in enhancing the efficiency of the development process.
