Rezumat | ||||||
Society is marked by various transformations which involves major changes both individually and socially. Changes related to the social level are related to the reform of education, the future evolution of human society that requires changes in professional activity. At the individual level, the changes influence the mental structures that consequently, a kind of gap is created between the world and the personality, that creates a negative emotional state, highlighting the need and emphasis on knowledge, attitude, etc. In conclusion, the challenges at the societal level require the focus on innovation, and for the person - adaptability to change. |
