Schimbările sociale constituie rezultatul provocărilor societale care se referă la acțiunile profunde, durabile și neliniare și rezultatul acestora asupra mediului, societății și individului. Impactul schimbărilor societale asupra comportamentului uman și social nu este univoc, iar comprehensiunea acestuia depinde de metodologia cercetării. Pentru această lucrare este aplicată descrierea fenomenologică – metodă care se referă la experiența trăită în imediatul existențial din perspectiva esenței fenomenelor. Datele cercetării reprezintă rezultatul aplicării unui chestionar online elaborat cu Google Form pe un eșantion de 158 respondenți. Rezultatele obținute permit a descrie impactul schimbărilor societale asupra comportamentului uman și social prin specificul fenomenului “educație globală”: diversificarea formelor de organizare a procesului de învățământ; discursul interactiv – metodă eficientă de predare; prioritizarea metodelor acționale; utilizarea secvențelor audio /video în mesajul profesorului; problematica evaluării informatizate; tematica cursurilor de formare continuă și necesitatea într-un portal interactiv pentru cadre didactice.

The social changes are the result of societal challenges and are related to profound, sustainable, and non-linear actions and their result on the environment, society, and the individual. The impact of societal changes on human and social behavior is not unequivocal, and its understanding depends on the research methodology. For this paper is applied the phenomenological description - a method that refers to the experience lived in the immediate existential from the perspective of the essence of phenomena. The research data is the result of applying an online questionnaire developed with Google Form on a sample of 158 respondents. The results obtained allow us to describe the impact of societal changes on human and social behavior through the specifics of the phenomenon of “global education”: the diversification of the forms of organization of the educational process; interactive discourse - effective teaching method; prioritization of action methods; the use of audio / video sequences in the teacher’s message; the issue of computerized evaluation; the theme of continuing education courses and the importance of the interactive portal for in-service teachers.

Le changement social est le résultat de défis sociétaux liés à des actions profondes, durables et non linéaires et à leurs résultats sur l’environnement, la société et l’individu. L’impact des changements sociétaux sur le comportement humain et social n’est pas sans ambiguïté, et sa compréhension dépend de la méthodologie de recherche. Pour ce travail est appliquée la description phénoménologique-méthode qui se réfère à l’expérience vécue dans l’immédiat existentiel du point de vue de l’essence des phénomènes. Les données de recherche sont le résultat de l’application d’un questionnaire en ligne développé avec Google Form sur un échantillon de 158 répondants. Les résultats obtenus permettent de décrire l’impact des changements sociétaux sur les comportements humains et sociaux à travers la spécificité du phénomène “éducation globale”: diversification des formes d’organisation du processus éducatif; discours interactif-méthode efficace d’enseignement; priorisation des méthodes d’action; utilisation de séquences audio /vidéo dans le message de l’enseignant; problème de l’évaluation informatisée; le thème des cours de formation continue et la nécessité d’un portail interactif pour les enseignants

Социальные изменения являются результатом социальных вызовов, связанных с глубокими, устойчивыми и нелинейными действиями и их результатом для окружающей среды, общества и человека. Воздействие социальных изменений на человеческое и социальное поведение неоднозначно, и его понимание зависит от методологии исследования. В данной статье применяется феноменологическое описание - метод, который обращается к опыту, переживаемому в непосредственном экзистенциальном, с точки зрения сущности, явлений. Данные исследования являются результатом применения онлайн-анкеты, разработанной с помощью Google Form, на выборке из 158 респондентов. Полученные результаты позволяют описать влияние социальных изменений на человеческое и социальное поведение через специфику феномена «глобального образования»: диверсификация форм организации образовательного процесса; интерактивный дискурс - эффективный метод обучения; приоритизация методов действий; использование аудио / видео последовательностей в сообщении учителя; проблема компьютеризированной оценки; тема курсов повышения квалификации и необходимость интерактивного портала для учителей
