The reason for the elaboration of this publication consists, in fact, in the need to fulfill the methodological significance of a possible model of organization and development of a pedagogical session of (self) training of teachers from the perspective of the concept „School differently”. The current educational policies capitalize on the integration of formal and non-formal education due to the institutionalized framework in which it is carried out, the informational content approached, the implementation strategies, the evaluation and certification modalities, etc.. These can significantly be conceptualized and realized in alternative programs / curricula at the decision of the school in organizing various activities from the perspective of „School differently”, promoting some European values.
