В статье проанализированы теоретико-правовые подходы относительно полномочий представителя в административном процессе как законного, так и представителя по договору. Определены условия прекращения полномочий представителя в административном процессе.В работе показано, что в действующем законодательстве возникают определенные несогласованности относительно полномочий, которыми наделяется представитель в административном процессе.

Articolul analizează abordările teoretice și juridice ale competențelor reprezentantului în procesul administrativ, atît legale cît și reprezentative în cadrul contractului. Se stabilesc condițiile de încetare a autorității reprezentantului în procesul administrativ. Cercetarea evidențiază că în legislația actuală există anumite inconsecvențe în ceea ce privește competențele cu care este investit un reprezentant în procesul administrativ.

The article analyzes existing theoretical and legal approaches to the powers of a representative in the administrative process, both legal and representative of the contract. The conditions of termination of the powers of the representative in the administrative process are determined. It is shown in the work that there are certain inconsistencies in the current legislation as regards the powers that a representative has in the administrative process
