Rezumat

The competence of communication is considered by many authors a global skill which contains all the acquired communication skills by the individuals during their lives. These characteristics can be improved by applying special methods which contributes for developing communication skills. School has the job to finish developing pupil‘s abilities for him to become. A personality with knowledge, attitudes and communication skills during the study course. The actual education system is based on knowledge correlation, competences and attitudes, on mutual learning, on activities while working in pairs or groups, in cooperation with the teachers, child and his parents. All of this being aimed at developing creative thinking and communication skills. The process of organizing and developing the educative activities is adjusted by communicating. In teaching-learning process all subject which are studied in school are absorbed by using communication. The teacher must understand the importance of communicating.
