Rezumat

The aim of the study has been to determine the optimum period and the efficiency of the use of the automated installation with low energy consumption for milk cooling using natural cold. The use of the natural cooling installation in the cold season and of the combined installation (refrigeration installation and natural cooling installation) in the warm season was substantiated from the point of view of energy saving. The specific consumption of electrical energy for milk cooling by using natural cold constitutes 0,3 kW h/t in the cold season against 30-35 kW h/t when using typical refrigeration installations. From the analysis of temperatures registered in the central zone of the Republic of Moldova, it was established that the natural cooling installation might be used for milk cooling, including in the months of October and April, the duration of water cooling in the cold accumulator constituting several hours (from 4 to 13 hours for t ≤ 40С).

Scopul studiului este de a determina perioada optimă și eficiența utilizării instalației automatizate cu consum redus de energie electrică pentru răcirea laptelui cu utilizarea frigului natural. S-a argumentat din punct de vedere a economiei de energie electrică utilizarea instalației cu frig natural în perioada rece a anului și a instalației combinate (instalația frigorifică și instalația cu frig natural) în perioada caldă a anului. Consumul specific de energie electrică pentru răcirea laptelui cu aplicarea frigului natural constituie 0,3 kW h/t în perioada rece a anului, față de 30-35 kW h/t la utilizarea instalațiilor frigorifice tipice. Din analiza temperaturilor înregistrate în zona centrală a Republicii Moldova s-a constatat, că instalația cu frig natural ar putea fi utilizată pentru răcirea laptelui inclusiv și în lunile octombrie şi aprilie, durata de răcire a apei în acumulatorul de frig constituind câteva ore (de la 4 până la 13 ore pentru t ≤ 40С).
