Rezumat | ||||||
The purpose of this study is to improve the methods used to calculate the accuracy of interference fits made of reconditioned parts by means of different wear compensation materials. The given purpose has been achieved by application of Green’s functions in order to calculate the minimum permitted interference, highlighting all the possible influencing factors that may occur during the functioning of agricultural machinery. Based on the results presented in this paper, there has been developed an algorithm to determine tolerance fields for interference fits by calculating the minimum clearance depending on the mechanical stress, centrifugal forces and the thermal action, having considered deformations caused by the destruction of microrelief and the number of repeated mountings. |
