Rezumat

The types of STEAM projects involving product/program design and development activities are analyzed. It has been found that the proportion of these projects is continuously increasing and programming competence is often a priority in realizing a STEAM project. It is proposed that teacher training for organizing and promoting STEAM education include objectives for developing programming competence.
