Rezumat

Access to international markets is one of the key areas of management of the third millennium. Attaining and maintaining market access depends largely on the judicious management of distribution channels to be viewed as an interactive process between the producer and the intermediate, any of them being able to dominate the final consumer. For many companies, like ”ASCONI” product manufacturing costs much less than bringing it to market. Therefore, producers want to exclude the broker, considering that its addition is too large.
