Rezumat | ||||||
Study was submitted 18 wines from the harvest of 2015 produced by 7 wineries of the Association of Wine Producers with Protected Geographical Indication „STEFAN-VODA” from grapes of Pinot Noir, Sirah Saperavi, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon and 2 brand wines Rosu and Negru de Purcari. In the wines under investigation, were determined anthocyanin profiles on the HEWLET-PAKARD 1100 chromatograph with UV-VIS detector and LI CHROSPHER 100 RP 18 separating column, based on which were calculated the summ of glycosidic anthocyanins as well as free and acylated anthocyanins.The spectrometric characteristics of red wines in the spectral range 400–600 nm were determined on the T 60U PG INSTRUMENTS LIMITED spectrophotometer. Most of investigated red wines have similar spectrometric characteristics. |
