This article presents the results of theoretical and practical researches of the cryogenic transformations in the content of amino acids from cocks’ spermatozoa. It was established that the summary content of amino acids in plasmatic membranes of rooster spermatozoa in cryoconservation conditions recorded significant changes. Significant changes were also found in the content of hydrophobic amino acid manifested by increased hydrophobic interactions. It was found that the introduction of diverse amino acids in the composition of synthetic medium for cryopreservation of rooster sperm does not cause significant changes of the ratio of protein/lipid from plasmatic membranes and the use of arginine in the composition environment for cock sperm didn’t change this ratio even after thawing. |
