This paper examines the axiological component of the legal system, following the ontological condition of values in the field of legal norms, as well as in that of the relational sphere of law. Also, the status of legal axiology is revealed on this occasion, as it is required to achieve openness of the value perspective within the legal research, whilst being intended to join other complementary perspectives to elucidate the essence and the peculiarities of the legal phenomenon.
