Rezumat

According to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of intellectual property, the patent (certificate) right belongs to the author (inventor) or his successors. An application is filed with the State Intellectual Property Agency (AGEPI) directly by the author of the development, the employer, their successors, or a patent attorney working for the State Intellectual Property Agency. The procedure for preparing a patent application must strictly comply with the prescribed rules, since it is very important and violation of these rules is unacceptable. The legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of intellectual property clearly lays down the requirements for an application for inventions, utility models, industrial drawings, and these requirements, Starting with the preparation of the application, it affects both the official and material aspects. filling, size, shape, essence etc. At first glance, it should be noted that there are no fundamental differences in the execution of an application for an invention, utility model, industrial drawing, but there are noticeable differences according to the documents included in their composition. This article presents a linguistic approach to conducting a series of studies.
