Rezumat

In last years the biomedical studies attest continuous increasing of immunodeficiency, cardio-vascular, cancer, hepatic diseases and diabetes, caused by extreme conditions of survival. Many diseases are caused by the influence of metals of bioelement nature, such as, selenium, iron, zinnc, cuprum, germanium, chromium, etc. It has been established that the fluctuation of their content over or beyond the optimal point is directly or indirectly connected with the origin of certain patological processes in the organism. One of the solutions to this problem – is to make a diet of human optimally containing bioactive ingredients as nutraceutical natural complexes satisfying needs of the man for essential substances, such as zinc, chromium, selenium, iron, and germanium and some other vitamins, proteins, polysaccharides, amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids etc. In accordance with the proposed aim of investigations new proceedings to obtain from spirulina’s biomass of new products with nutraceutic effect for human nutrition containing bioactive components and bioelements, such as, zinc (imunomodulative effect), chromium (antidiabetic effect), selenium (as anticancer effect), iron (ant anemic effect) were developed.
