Fundamental right to education in the Republic of Moldova is of particular importance in the context of reforming the economic and political system, modernizing all spheres of modern social life. To address the challenges facing our country, new approaches to the content of the fundamental right to education and the level of training and investment in "human capital" are needed. Awareness of the importance of the fundamental right to education has led to the necessity of a broad reform of the educational process, the beginning of which was through the adoption of the Education Code, and the reform of the education system is at the center of public policy attention, implemented by the state. |
