The present article concerns the rights and freedoms of natural persons when carrying fauna objects over the customs border of the Republic of Moldova using air passenger transportation. In this article, the author also highlights the conditions and duties imposed by the passenger international air transportation, which shall be respected by the passengers who possess fauna objects and carry with them such objects as hand baggage or luggage. The author also emphasizes the illegalities that might be committed by passengers when crossing the state border, as well as when carrying fauna objects over the state border of the Republic of Moldova. |
