The author is conducting a research into the legal field of the notary’s activity. It is particularly made an effort to investigate this problem through the doctrinal views on the problem of fundamental human rights and freedoms. A research will deal with various definitions and concepts regarding the fundamental human rights. The study will try to show that there is a lack of regulation of some doctrinal aspects and particularly that Moldova’s notary doctrine and especially their notary legislation doesn’t contain references to established definitions. Because of that, the notary legislation is not perfect and the fundamental human rights and freedoms are not protected efficiently. |
