The doctrinal discussion on the relationship between the international and national laws of states aims to establish the place of the international law in the legal order, which is important for a correct understanding of the international law, its value in relation to the national law of states. The public international law on the one hand, and the national law on the other hand are two systems of rules and two types of law which act differently. Despite all the differences that exist between the international and national laws, you may notice some relationships of conditioning and mutual influence that establish. |
