In this paper are discussed the issues regarding the evaluation theory of scientific performance indicators. It is proposed a new paradigm used in indicator studies, interpreted as a synergetic system. It is shown that the system of scientific indicators is complex, non-linear, open and far from equillibrium. The authors underline a series of indicators that determine the scientific potential. |
