In the present article the data of purifi cation procedures, drying and autholysis intensifi cation of winery yeasts biomass
is shown. The follow methods for intensifi cation have been used: the different water volumes utilization, different
NaHCO3 concentration and sediments washing time, autholysis induction factors, different temperatures, autholysis time
and biomass drying time. |
