Rezumat | ||||||
The research aims is to analyze the students' eating behavior.The following research methods were used to achieve the goal: 1. design and research method - sampling; 2. method of data research - the questionnaire; 3. method of analysis and interpretation-comparison. The sample comprised 850 students aged 18-29 from 4 university centers such as: USMF, USM, ASEM, UTM. Following the interview, 60% of respondents admitted that they were unhealthy. According to the survey data, the factors that negatively influence the respondents' supply are as follows: 73% of students do not have time, 21% of students do not have enough money, and 6% of respondents do not have information about correct nutrition.The study also shows that 27% of students due to non-compliance between 3-4 hour meals are in a constant sense of hunger. Because 29% of students do not eat breakfast, and 17% drink coffee on the go. The results of the study can serve as an alarm for society in order to promote a rational nutrition among students. |
