We use in this study of plant regeneration carried out with callus from the leaf and petioles of Lycium barbarum Ning Xia N1’ was achieved. The effects of different combinations of growth regulators for organogenesis and rooting were studied. Callus and plantlets were obtained on MS and 2,4D medium supplemented with BAP. Best results were obtained on 2,4D (0,3 mg/l.) medium added with BAP (0,5 mg/l.) and 2,4D (1,0 mg/l.) medium added with BAP (0,5 mg/l.). For rooting, shoots were transferred to MS medium with AIA and BAP. Regenerated plants were acclimated in a sterile peat: perlite substrate and then transferred to soil. |
