Rezumat

The article describes effective strategies for preschool children socialization. The main teacher’s activities in child socialization are the formation of self-concept, of world concept and initiation in elementary rules and general accepted norms in relationships with other children and adults. Examples of socialization models in kindergarten activities are presented. Games and communication are fundamental activities in preschool socialization process.
