<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>Our experience includes the supervision of 348 children aged from 3 up to 18 years old with coxa valga. To rely on clinical and radiological data we determined 3 stages, 3 degrees and 3 groups of patients, operated using Moroz method with technical peculiarities for each of 3 groups of children in dependence of biomechanical
changes of the joint and individual peculiarities of the child. The surgical intervention is the single method of correction of this deformation with a view to entertaining and forestalling the coxarthrosis at children, reached in 83,7%.
