The right to petition in the field of the environment is the possibility for citizens to address state bodies, economic units and other organizations with proposals, complaints, complaints and requests regarding personal or public interests and the obligation of these bodies to receive, examine and resolve petitions, as well as to communicate the solutions adopted to the petitioners. We can not overlook the fact that also in the field of the environment, besides the judicial bodies, the administrative public authorities may also be notified. As regards the referral of the bodies concerned, this is a practical application of the fundamental right to petition, which gives every citizen the right to address to public authorities through petitions, on various topics, including those related to the environment, natural resources, and last but not least the health of the population, but only in their own name. |
