Legality and equality of rights are two phenomena that are successfully interwoven with their implementation in the rule of law. The system that accentuates this successful tandem is that of justice, which, if it acts in strict accordance with the law and respects the principles of effective justice, will certainly contribute enormously to the implementation of legality, freedom andequality, and the latter will not be able to go separately neither in law nor in fact. This makes evident the inseparability of legality and freedom of equality. And this is entirely true, since freedom and de facto equality are based on the rule of law, and the finding of de facto equality is nothing more than the result of the observance of the principle of legality in the application of the rules governing equality and the freedom of the subjects of law.
