The existence and progress of a society is ensured, through the evolution of two terminals, of the population and the economy, and the interaction between them by meeting certain qualitative and dimensional characteristics. Their lack or distortion has negative effects, such as economic underdevelopment, unemployment, falling living standards, etc., often considered as forms of population-economy correlation imbalances. Unemployment is today one of these issues that affects, in varying proportions, all countries. We can characterize unemployment as a negative state of the economy that affects a part of the available active population by not finding jobs. The level of unemployment can be characterized by specific indicators, such as the absolute indicator - the number of unemployed; relative indicator unemployment rate; structural indicators, which refer to the structural component of the unemployed by qualification level, by profession, etc.
