Au fost sintetizaţi şi cercetaţi compuşi coordinativi ai fierului(III) cu formulele generale [FeIII(H2L1,2(H2O)2](NO3)3·nH2O (H2L1= 2,6-diacetilpiridină bis(izonicotinoilhidrazonă), n = 5 (I); H2L2 = 2,6-diacetilpiridină bis(nicotinoilhidrazonă), n = 1.5 (II)) şi [FeIII(H2L3,4(H2O)3] (NO3)3·nH2O (H2L3 = 2,3-butandionă bis(izonicotinoilhidrazonă), n=2 (III); H2L4 = 2,3-butandionă bis(nicotinoilhidrazonă), n=2 (IV)). Utilizând metoda difracţiei razelor X s-a stabilit structura complecşilor I-IV: compuşi coordinativi de tip ionic cu geometria poliedrului metalului de bipiramidă pentagonală, în care fierul este heptacoordinat, în gradul de oxidare +3 cu spin înalt (S=5/2). S-a scos în evidenţă activitatea biologică a complecşilor la cultivarea tulpinilor de micromicete Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 10 şi Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12. |
