Discusses criteria for the quality of grapes and wine, as well as the legal basis of the production of quality wines in Russia categories. Analyzes the main reasons hampering the development of the production of quality wine making. A concept of the accounting system of vineyards and wine production, as well as the way of legal regulation of production of these types of wines. The technological instructions for the production of quality wines for geographical names of "Tsimlyansky wine" and of " Yantarnoye", located in different areas of viticulture «Lower Pridonya». |
